In this video we will explore your present state vs your desired state.
I will propose a mindset exercise and model to help you figure out:
Where you are currently in your life as opposed to where you would like to be. Or to think about it a different way; Who are you today? Is that the person you want to be in the future? If not, how do you become the person you want to be in the future.
We will discuss a step by step way of thinking to set goals as stepping stones to go from your present state (where you are now) toward your desired state (where you would like to be in your future).
We will talk about your history and the thoughts, situations and cognitive responses that have brought you to this point in your life.
Then we will discuss a mindset and techniques that will help you get away from the things you don't want within your life and move you closer to the things you DO want your life to entail.
